Shaghayegh is a member of the Society of Notary Public of British Columbia. After obtaining her Bachelor of Criminology from Simon Fraser University, she pursued a Masters degree in Applied Legal Studies and has been commissioned by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as a Notary Public.

We are members of the society of Notary Public of BC and are regulated by the Notary Society of British Columbia. In Canada, British Columbia is the only common law province that independently regulates Notaries as legal service providers in certain areas of non-contentious law. The Society of Notaries Public of BC is the regulatory body for members of the Society. The society seek to ensure that the people of BC are served by legal practitioners who meet high standards of learning, competence and professional conduct.
